      随着乡村振兴战略的全面展开，我国对高素质农村人才的培养也提出了更高的要求。职业院校作为开展高素质农民培育的示范基地，更应该积极进行适合高素质农村人才培养的课程改革，促进农民文化素质、创新能力和职业素养全面提升。围绕如何培养高素质农村金融人才这一问题，金融管理专业以课程改革为突破口，对高素质农村金融人才培养做出了有益探索，并提出了继续深化课程体系建设、创新实践教学方式、融合线上线下教学等相应的改革措施，使课程建设真正服务于培养高素质农村金融人才。

      With the comprehensive development of rural revitalization strategy, China has raised higher requirements for the cultivation of high-quality rural financial talents. As a demonstration base for cultivating high-quality farmers, vocational colleges should actively explore curriculum reform suitable for cultivating high-quality rural financial talents, and promote the overall improvement of farmers’ cultural quality, innovation ability and professional accomplishment. Focusing on the problem of how to cultivate high-quality rural financial talents, the major of financial management has made beneficial explorations through curriculum reform, proposing measures for further deepening the curriculum system development,innovating practical teaching methods, in tegrating online and offline teaching These reforms ensure that curriculum development genuinely serves the purpose of cultivating high-quality rural finance talents.
