家庭农场促进小农户与现代农业有机衔接问题研究——以山东省济宁市兖州区为例

      山东省济宁市兖州区作为家庭农场高质量发展整县提升试点，从制度建设、机制培育、完善服务、发展联盟4 个方面，探索出了一条家庭农场“集约化、内涵式”发展道路。当前，该地家庭农场发展中仍存在着竞争同质化、经营水平不高、与小农户联结不紧密等问题，需要以产业融合为主导方向，建立政策扶持体系，完善人才培育机制，健全农业社会化服务体系，推动相似地区家庭农场高质量发展，进而带动小农户与现代农业相融合。

英文摘要:

      Yanzhou District in Jining City, Shandong Province, serves as a pilot county for promoting high-quality development through family farms. It has embarked on a path o“f intensive and convergent”family farm development by focusing on four key areas: system construction, mechanism development, service enhancement, and alliance building. Despite notable progress, challenges such as competition homogenization, low management proficiency, and limited integration with small farmers persist in family farm development. To address these issues, it is imperative to prioritize industrial integration, establish a diversified policy support system, enhance precision-focused talent development, and build an efficient and knowledge-based social service network. This approach will facilitate the high-quality development of family farms in similar regions, strengthening the bond between small farmers and modern agriculture.
