The Party Building Alliance is a new type of political party embedded in grassroots governance, developed on the basis of operating cooperatives under the leadership of party branches. It is built on a foundation of political guidance and interest alignment, establishing regional joint party committees and creating a platform for these joint committees. This model guides nearby villages with complementary resource advantages and different developmental factors to form partnerships, forging rural development industry alliances and shifting from individual efforts to collective cooperation. The experience of the Party Building Alliance model lies in using“ organizational collaboration, industry partnership, and interest alignment” as a starting point, constructing a multi-party participation“joint party committee” guarantee mechanism, creating a sustainable and replicable model for rural revitalization. This approach aims to strengthen advanced villages, support underdeveloped ones, enhance overall regional development vitality, accelerate rural revitalization, and achieve shared prosperity. |
