      职业教育治理是国家治理体系的重要组成部分，将智慧技术赋能到职业教育治理全流程中，有利于实现国家治理体系与治理能力的现代化。从治理目标、治理框架、治理协同、治理工具4 个方面入手，搭建智慧赋能驱动的职业教育治理体系，致力于解决教育治理过程中存在的思维落后、劳逸不均、协同失效、技术失范、基建不足等现实问题，符合国家实施科教兴国战略部署，将会实现智慧教育治理更高阶效能治理，更有效地服务于职业院校智慧治理。

英文摘要:

      Vocational education governance is an important part of the national governance system. Employing smart technology throughout the entire process of vocational education governance contributes to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. Starting from four aspects: governance objectives, governance framework, governance synergy and governance tools, we will build a vocational education governance system driven by smart empowerment. We will focus on solving the practical problems existing in the process of education governance, such as backward thinking, uneven work and leisure, synergy failure, technology anomie, and inadequate infrastructure. In alignment with the strategy for invigorating China through science and education, we will achieve higher efficiency in the governance of smart education and better serve the intelligentg overnance of vocational colleges.
