A model assessing farmers' willingness to use agricultural science and education applications consistently was constructed from the dimensions of technical performance, service effectiveness, and environmental conditions. According to the survey data of 422 farmers using Hunan Agricultural Science and Education Cloud APP, satisfaction, system quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, service quality, expectation confirmation, and community influence positively and significantly affect farmers' willingness to continue using it, while perceived risk has significant negative effects. Facility conditions do not significantly influence. In this regard, the quality of science and technology services should be optimized, platform security prevention and control should be strengthened, farmers' digital literacy should be enhanced and publicity and promotion should be increased to promote the high-quality development of agricultural science and education applications and enhance farmers' willingness to use it continuously. |
