      从技术性能、服务效果、环境条件等维度构建农民持续使用农业科教应用程序意愿模型,依据422 名湘农科教云应用程序农民用户调查数据开展研究。结果显示,除设施条件影响不显著外,满意度、系统质量、感知易用性、感知有用性、服务质量、期望确认度、社群影响等正向显著影响农民持续使用意愿,感知风险则负向显著影响。对此,应优化科技服务质量、加强平台安全防控、提升农民数字素养和加大宣传推广力度,促进农业科教应用程序高质量发展,增强农民持续使用意愿。
英文摘要:
      A model assessing farmers' willingness to use agricultural science and education applications consistently was constructed from the dimensions of technical performance, service effectiveness, and environmental conditions. According to the survey data of 422 farmers using Hunan Agricultural Science and Education Cloud APP, satisfaction, system quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, service quality,expectation confirmation, and community influence positively and significantly affect farmers' willingness to continue using it, while perceived risk has significant negative effects. Facility conditions do not significantly influence. In this regard, the quality of science and technology services should be optimized, platform security prevention and control should be strengthened, farmers' digital literacy should be enhanced and publicity and promotion should be increased to promote the high-quality development of agricultural science and education applications and enhance farmers' willingness to use it continuously.
