      大众旅游时代需要“旅游+英语”复合型人才，以适应国内国际双循环的市场新格局。通过分析国内旅游产业的新形势，明晰“旅游+英语”复合型人才的需求特征。针对产教融合面临合作“深水区”、人才培养“定位模糊、模式单一”等问题，从教育供给侧角度，五维度创新育人路径，包括多平台丰富校企培养方式、构建多模块课程体系、强化课程资源开发、构建全方位实践体系、强大复合型师资队伍。最后提出构建产教融合生态机制等建议。

英文摘要:

      A lot of "Tourism + English" interdisciplinary talents are needed in the era of mass tourism to the new market pattern of domestic and international double circulation. By analyzing the new mode of tourism industry, we are clear of the demand features of "Tourism + English" interdisciplinary talents. Based on the problems of integration of industry and education facing "deep water" and "ambiguous positioning and single mode", the paper put forward five innovative education routes containing richening school-enterprise's cooperation modes of multi-platforms, building multi-modules curriculum system, strengthening the development of curriculum resources, building comprehensive practical system, and strengthening composite faculty. Finally, some suggestions are raised to build an ecological mechanism for the integration of industry and education.
