      Work-study work is an important funding and education platform for Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture. Through multi-dimensional research and analysis of the current situation of student work-study programs in the college, the paper clarifies the existing problems in the current work of the college, and considers countermeasures. It is recommended changes and improvements from institutional construction, daily management, and job settings to promote the further development of this work.
