      Local colleges and universities, which are important force to promote local economy development, are strong guarantee for promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. The development of big data provides theoretical and practical guidance for local colleges and universities providing accurate service for rural revitalization. The paper explores the logical starting point of local colleges and universities' accurate service for rural revitalization from the country difference. On this basis, implementation path of accurate service of local colleges and universities for rural revitalization was constructed. The village data repository, colleges and universities library as a data source, the rural development needs obtained through the data mining technology accurately match with local colleges and universities to achieve reasonable allocation of resources and promote comprehensive development of rural areas.
