      目前，涉农高职院校对“三农”的服务缺乏精准度，面临若干现实困境，诸如涉农高职院校的培训服务和农村经济发展不适应、未形成培育高素质农民的整体机制、涉农专业设置不合理等。技能形成能有效应对经济转型和技术革新引发的变化，找寻应对现实困境的道路，因此，从技能形成视角出发，探讨涉农高职院校涉农学生和农民的涉农技能形成，提出增强对接农村经济发展的适应性、大力培育高素质农民、促进涉农专业和技能培训精准对接区域农业产业和现代农业等行动路向，为“三农”的可持续发展提供新思路。

      At present, agricultural higher vocational colleges lack precision on the services for agriculture, countryside and farmers and face a number of practical difficulties, such as the training service of agricultural higher vocational colleges and rural economic development are not adaptable, the overall mechanism for cultivating high-quality farmers has not been formed, and the establishment of agriculture-related majors is unreasonable. Skill formation can effectively cope change with economic transition and technological innovation, therefore, from the viewpoint of skill formation, the paper explores the agriculture-related skill formation of agriculture-related colleges students in agriculture higher vocational colleges and farmers, and proposes action directions on enhancing the adaptability with the development of rural economy, vigorously cultivating high-quality farmers, and promoting agriculturerelated professions and skills training professions to precisely match the regional agricultural industry and modern agriculture, in order to bring new ideas for the sustainable development of agriculture, countryside and farmers.
