耕地土壤镉污染现状及治理措施——以湖南省衡阳市祁东县为例

      在我国众多环境污染问题中，土壤重金属污染已成为亟待解决的问题之一。目前，国内外研究学者认为，镉(Cd) 污染是农田重金属污染中较为突出的问题。以湖南省衡阳市祁东县为例，结合现有资料并通过走访调查祁东县现有及历史排污企业，分析祁东县镉污染潜在来源、现状及修复治理措施，并以该县B 镇某村部分农田为实例，通过有针对性地开展耕地土壤修复工作，对减轻该县土壤污染引发的潜在粮食安全问题具有重要意义，同时也是贯彻落实《中华人民共和国土壤污染防治法》与深入推进耕地土壤污染源头管控和安全利用的重要基础性工作。

英文摘要:

      Among the many environmental pollution problems in China, heavy metal pollution of soil has become one of the problems that need to be solved urgently. At present, home and abroad researchers believe that cadmium (Cd) pollution is a prominent problem in farmland heavy metal pollution. Taking Qidong County, Hengyang City, Hunan Province as an example, the paper combines with the existing materials and surveying the existing and historical pollutant discharging enterprises and analyses the potential sources, current situation and restoration and treatment measures of cadmium pollution in Qidong County. Taking some farmland in a village of B Town as an example, it is an important role to the potential food security problems caused by reducing soil pollution through targeted soil remediation,and it is also an important basic work for implementing the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China and further promoting the source control and safe use of soil pollution in cultivated land soil.
