| Rural areas are an important scene of China's socialist modernization construction, and the modernization construction of the governance system is an important part of the modernization of the rule of law, which covers legislation, law enforcement, judicial and law-abiding. By sorting out the regulation policies and realities in the rural area, we can clarify the actual problems of the rural areas in the modernization construction of the governance system in the "post-rural society", consider the new missions, new connotations and new scenes in the modernization construction of the rural governance system, and propose a new path for the modernization construction of the rural governance system in China. Under the existing governance system pattern of "rural politics", we should strengthen legislation in key fields, perfect the rural legal system, highlight the status of rural residents as the main body of governance under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, build a mechanism of intelligent governance, strengthen judicial protection in rural areas, and perfect the legal service system in rural areas, so as to realize the strategic layout of "rural revitalization" and the overall goal of "common prosperity". |
