| Since entering the new developing era, the most important thing is about whether the second century goal of developing rural areas with high quality can be achieved. It is necessary to implement three aspects during this new developing period which includes common prosperity,coping with crisis, and the high quality development of agriculture and rural areas. According to the problems mentioned about the current rural construction plan which include difficulties in drafting and implementing, the absence of peasant subjects, insufficient protection, and inheritance of rural culture.The paper aims at putting forward four suggestions to promote rural construction in the new development period that involve scientific planning, using multiple measures simultaneously, adhering to the peasantry standard, and enriching local culture in order to achieve rura lrevitalization |
