In order to understand the distribution of antibiotic resistance genes in farmland soil of Jiaxing City, 12 antibiotic resistance genes in farmland soil of Jiaxing City were detected by PCR. The results showed that the detection rates of ermB, ermC, ermF, tetA, tetB, tetC, tetM, tetO, tetQ, tetW, sul1 and sul2 genes in Jiaxing farmland soil samples were 65.63%, 71.88%, 100%, 53.13%, 46.88%, 84.38%, 90.63%, 87.50%, 84.38%, 71.88%, 93.75% and 100%, respectively. The detection results provides guidance for Jiaxing to evaluate agronomic measures from the perspective of antibiotic resistance genes, and provide basic theoretical data for Jiaxing to master the dynamic changes of pollution and control the transmission of antibiotic resistance genes. |
