      借助CiteSpace工具，对2010—2021年间中国知网数据库关于“新乡贤培育”的537篇研究文献进行可视化分析。结果表明:研究热点主要集中在新乡贤角色定位、回归背景、作用价值和培育问题四个方面，虽成果丰硕，但仍有许多问题值得继续探究。未来研究应重点关注精确把握新乡贤的时代内涵、细化相关研究对象、寻求新的研究视角和研究方法、不断拓宽研究内容等方面，以提高新乡贤培育研究的理论深度与实践价值。

英文摘要:

      With the help of CiteSpace, a visual analysis of 537 research literatures on the cultivation of new rural sage in CNKI database from 2010 to 2021 was carried out. The results show that the research hot spots mainly focus on four aspects: role positioning, regression background, role value and cultivation issues. Although fruitful results have been achieved, there are still many issues worthy of continued exploration. Future research should focus on accurately grasping the connotation of new rural sage's era, refining relevant research objects, seeking new research perspectives and research methods, and constantly broadening research content and so on. So as to promote the theoretical depth and practical value of the research on the cultivation of new rural sage.
