超大城市远郊村落城乡融合发展模式及启示——基于成都市小石村的实践考察

      城乡融合发展既是当前乡村突破自身发展的选择，也是超大城市发挥以城带乡、以工促农的重要使命。国家城乡融合发展试验区成都西部片区的小石村，以城乡产业融合、市场融合、文化融合、生态融合的“四维融合”模式，走出了远郊凋敝村落“重生”之路。新时代，城乡融合亟需以促进乡村产业发展为支撑点，以化解城乡发展不均衡为核心任务，在乡村建设过程中体现“以人民为中心”的思想。

      The integrated development of urban and rural areas is not only the choice for the current rural development to break through its own development, but also the important mission of megacities to play a role in driving rural areas with cities and promoting agriculture with industry. Based on the practical investigation of Xiaoshi Village in the western area of Chengdu in the national pilot area of urban-rural integration development, this paper combs the development path of rural areas in the outer suburbs under the background of urban-rural integration of megacities. The study found that Xiaoshi village has walked out of the road of rebirth of the depressed villages in the outer suburbs with the four-dimensional integration model of urban and rural industrial integration, market integration, cultural integration and ecological integration. In the new era, the integration of urban and rural areas urgently needs to take promoting the development of rural industries as the supporting point, take resolving the imbalance of urban and rural development as the core task, and embody the idea of people centered in the process of rural construction.
