      做好易地扶贫搬迁集中安置社区治理工作，是巩固脱贫攻坚成果，实现乡村全面振兴的必然要求。临沂易地扶贫搬迁是由政府统一规划指导的社会空间迁移，所形成的安置社区是区别于新型农村社区的“过渡型”社区。基于后期治理的可持续发展，通过完善过渡期制度供给、履行党组织“轴心”职责、创新物业服务管理方式、推进“互联网+”治理模式、积极培育共同体意识等治理路径选择，确保搬迁群众稳得住、能致富。

      It is an inevitable requirement to consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication and realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas to do a good job in the management of poverty alleviation, relocation and centralized resettlement communities. Linyi relocation for poverty alleviation is a social space migration guided by the unified planning of the government. The resettlement community formed is a transitional community different from new rural community. Based on the sustainable development of late governance, we will ensure that the relocated people can start a happy new life by improving the institutional supply in the transition period, fulfilling the axis responsibilities of the party organization, innovating the way of property service management, promoting the Internet + governance model，and actively cultivating the sense of community and other governance path choices, ensure the relocated people are stable and able to get rich.
