      乡村人才是农村经济发展和农业农村现代化建设的关键要素和重要支撑。以河北省为例，对乡村人才振兴的制约因素与发展路径进行探析。从精准设计乡村人才引进政策、培育良好的营商环境、完善乡村医疗条件、提升乡村教育水平、推进乡村公共基础设施有效供给、建设生态宜居乡村等方面，提出乡村人才振兴的路径选择。

      Rural talents are the key elements and important support for rural economic development and agricultural and rural modernization. Taking Hebei Province as an example, this paper probes into the restrictive factors and development paths of rural talent revitalization. This paper proposes the path choice of rural talent revitalization from the aspects of precise design of rural talent introduction policy, cultivation of good business environment, improvement of rural medical conditions, improvement of rural education level, promotion of effective supply of rural public infrastructure, and construction of ecological and livable villages.
