      目前，现代农业产业仅具备物联网应用技术的专业人才，已无法满足现代农业发展与新农村经济建设的实际需要。具备农业种植、现代养殖、食品加工、农村经济管理、生态旅游等学科背景的农业物联网应用技术人才，更能满足农业4.0时代的产业发展需要。以北京农业职业学院信息技术系物联网应用技术专业的人才培养创新为例，提出交叉学科背景下高职物联网应用技术复合型人才培养的路径及策略，物联网应用技术专业的人才培养需加大与涉农专业的合作，物联网应用技术专业的课程设置需与产业发展紧密结合，物联网应用技术专业职业能力培养需依托优势资源延伸培养。

      Now only professionals with Internet of Things application technology can no longer meet the actual needs of modern agricultural development and new rural economic construction, while agricultural Internet of Things professionals with agricultural planting, modern breeding, food processing, rural economic management, eco-tourism and other disciplines can further meet the needs of industrial development in the agricultural 4.0 era. Taking the innovation of talent cultivation of Internet of Things Application Technology specialty in Information Technology Department of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as a case study, this paper puts forward path and strategies of compound talent cultivation of Internet of Things application technology in higher vocational colleges under the interdisciplinary background: the talent cultivation in Internet of Things specialty needs to strengthen cooperation with agriculture-related specialty; the curriculum of Internet of Things specialty should be closely integrated with industrial development; the professional ability cultivation of Internet of Things specialty needs to rely on the extension of superior resources.
