Rural areas are the basic unit of national governance, and rural work is complex and cumbersome. In rural governance, grass-roots party organizations play an irreplaceable role. However, at present, there are many problems in rural society, such as weak and lax Party organizations, which seriously restricts the process of rural governance modernization. Considering the current situation, the field investigation method and unstructured interview method are used to investigate Z village. The case study shows that in order to achieve effective rural governance, the village should give full play to the leading core role of Party organizations, appropriately reduce the governance units in combination with the general situation of the village, and straighten out the relationship between different governance subjects by combining rigid constraints and flexible incentives, Form a stable operation mechanism to organize the broad masses of the people and jointly serve the sustainable development of rural areas. |
