| The development and expansion of new rural collective economy is conducive to systematically solving the contradictions of unbalanced urban and rural development and insufficient rural development, realizing the goal of integrated urban and rural development of the capital, overall rural revitalization of the capital, and common prosperity for farmers. The development of new rural collective economy in Beijing presents four characteristics: large economic scale, significant gradients in spatial distribution, low overall operating efficiency and regional imbalance, large space for farmers’ income increase. Under the background of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and all-round implementation of rural revitalization strategy, the development of new rural collective economy in Beijing has ushered new opportunities and challenges. This paper proposes to improve the internal and external environment and conditions for the development of new rural collective economy from four aspects, such as development concept, organizational construction, system mechanism and policy supply, sa as to promote the high-quality development of new rural collective economy in Beijing. |
