      为构建更有效的学生思想政治工作机制，以北京农业职业学院为例，通过问卷调查，了解学生思想政治工作现状，通过数据分析，找出当前学生思想政治工作的着力点，提出加强学生思想政治工作的措施和建议。通过建立多部门协作工作机制，构建内容更丰富方法更有效的思想政治工作体系，完善思想政治工作人员培训和专业技术职务评聘制度，加强思政课教育教学改革，着力推进学院“课程思政”工作等，持续推动学院学生思想政治工作实现新突破。

      In order to build a more effective mechanism of students’ ideological and political work, this paper takes Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture for example, understands the current situation of students’ ideological and political work through questionnaire survey, finds out the focus of current students’ ideological and political work through data analysis, and puts forward measures and suggestions to strengthen students’ ideological and political work. That is, establishing multi-department cooperation working mechanism, constructing ideological and political work system with richer content and more effective methods, improving system for training ideological and political staff and evaluating and hiring professional and technical posts, strengthening ideological and political education and teaching reform, focusing on ideological and political theories teaching in all courses in the college, which is expected to continuously promote ideological and political work of the college students to achieve new breakthrough.
