      在实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,构建一支专业化的村干部队伍尤为重要,北京农业职业学院与中共北京市委组织部、中共北京市委农村工作委员会等政府部门联合采取“校政双主体培养”模式在京郊村干部中开展全日制高职高专学历培养。在招生办法、教学模式、课程设置、实习实训、学生管理、教学团队、评价机制等方面均进行了创新实践,达到预期效果,得到各方认可。但仍需采取加强学生基础文化学习、转变传统思维方式,完善学分银行制度、实行分类教育、出台就业扶持政策等措施,解决学生基础差、工学矛盾、就业对口难等问题。

      Under the background of implementing rural revitalization strategy, it is particularly important to build a professional team of village cadres. Beijing Agricultural Vocational College, the Organization Department of Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Agricultural Work Commission and other government departments jointly adopt the mode of“ school-government dual subject training” to carry out full-time higher vocational education training among village cadres in the suburbs of Beijing. In the enrollment methods, teaching mode, curriculum setting, practice and training, student management,teaching team, evaluation mechanism and other aspects, the mode has been innovatively practiced to achieve the expected results, and recognized by all parties. However, it is still necessary to further conduct deep thinking, take measures such as strengthening students’ basic cultural learning, changing the traditional thinking mode, improving the credit banking system, implementing classified education,and issuing employment support policies to solve the problems such as students’ poor foundation,contradiction between work and study, and employment difficulties.
