      Adhering to“ Two Mountains” concept and developing rural collective economy are the inevitable requirements for implementing new development philosophy, promoting rural revitalization, and achieving common prosperity. Yanqing district adheres to“ Two Mountains” concept, and has developed rural collective economy through reform, policy promotion, major events, market pull, technology promotion, and linkage between upper and lower levels. However, as for rural collective economy in Yanqing district, there are still some problems such as low level of development, few development paths,insufficient assistance, lack of leaders, and unsmooth mechanism. In the new stage, it is necessary to attach great importance to and vigorously promote the development of rural collective economy; adhere to ecology and clarify the development direction of rural collective economy; adapt to local conditions and innovate the development path of rural collective economy; strengthen support and activate the driving force of rural collective economic development; deepen reform and straighten out the development mechanism of rural collective economy; take multiple measures to cultivate capable people for rural collective economic development.
