      北京市房山区采取加快产业发展、深化农村改革、增加就业渠道、加强监督管理等举措，农村集体经济发展和农民增收取得了显著成效。面对产业融合发展不够、集体经济组织运营能力较弱、内部治理有待完善、经营型人才极度匮乏及农民增收工作任务艰巨等问题，应进一步解决好发展集体产业的用地问题，在发展中提升集体经济组织的运营能力，不断规范和完善集体经济组织的内部治理，创新解决经营型人才匮乏问题，加大力度促进农民增收等，切实促进农村集体经济不断发展壮大和农民增收致富。

英文摘要:

      Fangshan district in Beijing has achieved remarkable results in the development of rural collective economy and the farmers’ income increase by taking measures such as accelerating industrial development, deepening rural reform, increasing employment channels and strengthening supervision and management. Facing the problems of insufficient development of industrial integration,weak operation ability of collective economic organizations, internal governance to be improved, extreme shortage of business talents and arduous task of increasing farmers’ income, this paper proposes to further take measures to solve the problem of land use for the development of collective industries, improve the operation ability of collective economic organizations in development, constantly standardize and improve the internal governance of collective economic organizations, innovate to solve the problem of business talents shortages, increase farmers’ income and so on, so as to effectively promote the continuous development and growth of rural collective economy and farmers’ income.
