校企“双主体”育人模式作为一种新型人才培育模式,在夯实高职育人底色——弘扬工匠精神、厚植高职育人本色——强化技能技术、凸显高职育人特色——深化产教融合方面具有典型优势。娄底职业技术学院园林技术专业通过校企合作办学模式,积极探索校企“双主体”育人模式,践行主要凸显四大亮点:校企共探“学岗交融、三阶递进”人才培养模式;校企共制三大专业教学标准体系;校企共培“双师型”的“双导师”教师团队;校企共建深度产教融合实践基地。多年践行结果表明,校企“双主体”育人模式对全面提高人才培养质量、提升“双导师”团队水平、促进专业内涵发展、助推企业可持续发展成效显著。 |

As a new talent cultivation model, school-enterprise dual entities cultivating talent model
hastypicaladvantagesinconsolidatingthebackgroundofhighervocationaleducation,carryingforwardthe craftsmanspirit,plantingtheessenceofhighervocationaleducation,strengtheningskillsandtechnology, highlightingthecharacteristicsofhighervocationaleducation,anddeepeningintegrationbetweenindustry and education. The landscape technology major of Loudi Vocational and Technical College actively explores school-enterprise dual entities cultivating talent model through school-enterprise cooperation model, and the practice mainly highlights four aspects: schools and enterprises jointly explore the talent cultivation model of “integration of students and posts, three-level progression”; schools and enterprises jointly formulate teaching standard system of three major majors; schools and enterprises jointly train “dual tutors” with “double-position” teachers team; schools and enterprises jointly build practice base with deep integration between industry and education. The results of years of practice show that school-enterprise dual entities cultivating talent model has achieved remarkable results in comprehensively improving the quality of talent cultivation, improving the level of“dual tutors” team, promoting the development of professional
connotation and boosting the sustainable development of enterprises. |
