Soybean straw is a by-product of agricultural production, which has not been rationally used for a long time and mainly treated by burning, resulting in environmental pollution and resource waste. As an important renewable biomass resource, soybean straw has high development and utilization value. In recent years, many technologies for utilizing soybean straw have been developed, which can be applied in many fields and achieve high economic and ecological benefits. The nutritional value, comprehensive utilization technologies, application status, existing problems and countermeasures of soybean straw are reviewed in this paper, which can provide a reference for improving the comprehensive utilization rate of soybean straw resources. |
