      Rural talent revitalization is the key element and important dimension of rural revitalization strategy. In order to promote agricultural and rural modernization, it is necessary to correctly understand and grasp the logical relationship and interaction among talent factors, rural talent revitalization and rural revitalization strategy, and deeply explore the realistic dilemma and breakthrough way faced by rural talent revitalization. At present, there is supply-demand contradiction between rural talents and ruralrevitalization,thequalityandquantityofruraltalentscannotmeetdevelopmentneedsofrural revitalization. Therefore, it is necessary to actively change the concept, strengthen the good use of education, emphasize policy adjustment, promote system optimization, and strive to hit a “combination of fist”, so as to break the bottleneck of rural talent revitalization.
