| Elderly care in rural areas is related to rural revitalization strategy and new-type urbanization. Based on field research and interviews, taking Happy Home of Y village in Zibo Shandong for example, this paper makes a systematic analysis of operation process, influencing factors, existing problems and optimization path of mutual elderly care model. Results show that there are some practical problems such as insufficient funds, weak mutual awareness of participants, single mutual service, loopholes in management, and inefficient operation. In order to further promote mutual elderly care model, the government should increase financial support to provide material foundation for the operation of Happy Home; strengthen the publicity, create a mutual and harmonious atmosphere; cultivate professional elderly care service team, optimize the elderly care service system; innovate the management mode, create a characteristic management team. |
