      乡村振兴是当前学术界高度关注的热点话题，在乡村振兴五方面内容中，组织振兴是乡村振兴的根本保证。基于这一时代背景，采用理论与实践相结合的研究方法，系统分析G村党组织、自治组织和社会组织振兴所采取的具体措施。个案研究表明，基层党组织应始终坚持人民至上的价值理念，尊重地域差异，充分发挥领导核心作用。整合资源要素，调动多元组织协同配合，形成以党组织为核心、自治组织为基础、社会组织为支撑的基层组织结构，有助于实现乡村振兴宏伟目标。

英文摘要:

      Rural revitalization is a hot topic of current academic circles. Among the five aspects of rural revitalization, organizational revitalization is the fundamental guarantee. Based on this background, this paper systematically analyzes the specific measures taken by G village Party organizations, autonomous organizations and social organizations by using the research methods of combining theory and practice. The case study shows that primary-level Party organizations should always adhere to the value concept of people first, respect regional differences, give full play to the core role of leadership. It is necessary to form a primary-level organizational structure with Party organizations as the core, autonomous organizations as the foundation and social organizations as the support by integrating resource elements and mobilizing multiple organizations, so as to achieve the grand goal of rural revitalization.
