      实施乡村振兴战略为新时代发展文化旅游体育产业赋予了新的使命和机遇,“文旅+体育”新业态为拥有丰富文化、旅游、体育资源的地区扎实推进乡村振兴战略提供了新的发展思路。而乡村文旅体育专业人才的缺乏,成为阻碍“文旅+体育”产业融合发展与创新实践的主要因素,也极大影响了乡村振兴中产业融合发展、产业体系建设等方面效能的发挥。因此,积极发挥政府、企业、专业院校等作用,构建完善的“地方政府+企业+专业院校”的合作机制,培养具有文化旅游和体育专业知识与技能的复合型创新人才,是推动“文旅+体育”产业可持续发展的首要任务,同时也是推进乡村振兴目标实现的必要手段。

      The implementation of rural revitalization strategy has given new missions and opportunities to the development of cultural tourism and sports industry in the new era. The new format of “cultural tourism + sports” industry provides development ideas for the solid promotion and high-quality implementation of rural revitalization strategy in areas with rich sports resources. The lack of professional talents in rural cultural tourism and sports industry has become the main factor hindering the integrated development and innovative practice of “cultural tourism + sports” industry, and has also greatly affected the efficiency of industrial integration development and construction of industrial system in rural revitalization. Therefore, it is necessary to actively give full play to the forces of the government, enterprises and professional colleges, and build a perfect cooperation.mechanism of “local government + enterprises + professional colleges”Cultivating compound innovative talents with cultural tourism and sports professional knowledge and skills is not only the primary task to promote the sustainable development of “cultural tourism + sports” industry, but also the necessary means to realize the goal of rural revitalization.
