      在全域旅游示范区创建契机下，北京市怀柔区乡村民宿产业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。乡村民宿现已发展成为该区实施全域旅游和乡村振兴战略的重要举措，成为乡村旅游提质增效的新抓手。然而，怀柔乡村民宿的火热发展中也逐渐暴露出规划用地审批较为困难、装修设计缺乏创新、文化内涵不足等一系列问题，提档升级问题迫在眉睫。今后，怀柔区还应强化政府扶持引领，营造良好发展环境；加强装修设计，构建独特场所精神；立足主题特色，打造主人文化；丰富产品类型，拓展产业链条；拓展营销渠道，打响民宿品牌；重视人才培养，促进乡村民宿品质升级。

      In the context of establishing an all-for-one tourism demonstration area, the rural homestay industry in Huairou District has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. Rural homestay has become an important measure to implement all-for-one tourism and rural revitalization strategy, as well as a new starting point for improving the quality and efficiency of rural tourism. However, with the rapid development of rural homestay in Huairou District, there are some problems such as difficult approval of planned land, lack of innovation in decoration design and insufficient cultural connotation, so it is imperative to upgrade rural homestay. In the future, the local government in Huairou District needs to give more support and create a favorable environment, enhance decoration design and build unique spirit, enrich product types and expand industry chain, carry out publicity through multiple channels and effectively build the brand of rural homestay, attach importance to talent training and promote to upgrade the quality of rural homestay.
