There are some problems, such as inaccurate positioning,unreasonable curriculum system construction, imperfect practical teaching conditions, mismatch of teachers’ structure and ability, etc. The development of convention and exhibition education in higher vocational colleges in the capital must be combined with the strategic orientation of“ four centers” in the capital, clarify the development direction of convention and exhibition industry, focus on personnel demand, and actively innovate personnel cultivation mode. Based on the functional orientation of the capital, it is necessary to clarify professional training goals, give full play to the advantages o“f combination of work and study”, cultivate key core skills, closely follow industry standards and promote curriculum system construction. At the same time, it is necessary to build a double-position teacher team and“ three all-round education” campus culture, promote innovative development of personnel cultivation, and transport more high-quality and skilled personnel for the convention and exhibition industry. |
