      “生态宜居”是乡村振兴的重要内容。农村生态环境直接关系农民福祉与乡村发展质量。在政府承担绝大多数生态环境治理职能情况下，福建省漳州农村地区生态环境治理面临治理主体单一化、治理能力与效果有限、监管与防控机制缺乏的困境。在持续开展农村生态环境治理中，要根据农村生态特点，突破传统政府主导模式，发动政府、社会组织、农村居民的力量，构建良性互动的协同治理机制。

      “Ecological environment that is pleasant to live in” is an important part of rural revitalization. Rural ecological environment directly affects farmers’ welfare and rural development quality. In the case that the government undertakes the key function in ecological environment governance, rural areas of Zhangzhou are faced with the dilemma of single governance body, limited governance capacity and efficiency, lack of supervision mechanism and preventive measures. In the process of sustainable rural ecological environment governance, it is necessary to break through the traditional government-led mode according to the characteristics of rural ecology, mobilize the power of the government, social organizations and rural residents, so as to build a coordinated governance mechanism with sound interaction.
