It is an indispensable link to form students’ social attribute by cultivating students’ class collective concept in higher vocational colleges. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of Department of Economics and management, Department of Finance, and Department of mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture. It is found that there are some problems in students’ class collective concept such as strong sense of self-centeredness, unobvious role of class cadres, loose discipline, and lack of collectivism education, which result from students’ individual subjective reasons such as lack of identification with class collective, weak sense of class collective honor, being playful, as well as the objective reasons such as social, family and school education. Therefore, this paper suggests that higher vocational colleges should continuously strengthen students’ class collective concept training and education by improving“ three all-round education” concept, perfecting credit evaluation mechanism, organizing edification of cultural life, giving full play to the exemplary role of class cadres and expanding team training, so as to gradually enhance students’ class collective concept and team awareness. |
