      为解决高职英语课程思政建设缺乏专业层面设计的问题，以浙江国际海运职业技术学院的机电一体化技术专业为例，从五方面构建高职英语课程思政体系:确立思政目标和育人重点，建设数字化资源库，构建育人模式，搭建育人框架，创新评价机制。经实践，建设成效明显，内容系统的数字化资源库丰富了育人手段，“分层、分类、分阶段”的教育模式凸显了育人特色，“三课联动”的教育框架夯实了育人实效，教师主体发挥了育人优势。

      In order to solve the problem of lack of professional level design in the construction of ideological and political theories teaching in English course in higher vocational colleges, this paper takes electromechanical integration specialty of Zhejiang International Maritime College for example, proposes to construct the system of ideological and political theories teaching in English course in higher vocational colleges from five aspects, namely, establishing ideological and political education goals and difficulties, constructing digital database, building education mode and framework, innovating evaluation mechanism.Progress has been made in the practical teaching. the systematic digital database enriches teaching methods; the layered, classified and phased mode highlights education features; the three-class linkage framework strengthens education effects; and teachers give full play to the advantages of education.
