      为了保证全面脱贫与乡村振兴，巩固脱贫攻坚成果，农村职业教育发挥着重要作用。研究对象是高素质农民，这个群体的技能提升问题亟须解决，应培养其终身学习习惯，提升学习效果，赋能乡村振兴。根据高素质农民线上学习存在的问题，构建线上教学模式，打造“四位一体”体验式课堂教学闭环，进一步提升了高素质农民的课堂参与感，并进行深度的探索与实践，为农业产业的现代化发展提供智力支撑，为农村职业教育发展提供解决方案。

      In order to ensure comprehensive poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, rural vocational education plays an important role. The research object is high-quality farmers, whose skills urgently need upgrading. Their lifelong learning habit should be cultivated to improve their learning effect and enable rural revitalization. According to high-quality farmers’ problems of online learning, this paper proposes to build online teaching mode, build“ four one”experience type teaching closed-loop, further improve high-quality farmers’ class engagement with indepth exploration and practice, so as to provide intellectual support for the modernization of agricultural industry development, provide solution for rural vocational education development.
