为了解北京藜麦的发病种类并筛选出对黎麦病原菌有效的杀菌剂种类,在藜麦病样中分离出黎麦筓霉茎腐病菌,并在室内测定了4 种杀菌剂——戊唑醇、氟吡菌酰胺·肟菌酯、甲基硫菌灵以及多菌灵对其抑菌效果。结果表明:这4 种杀菌剂对藜麦筓霉茎腐病菌均有不同程度的抑制效果,且随着杀菌剂浓度的增大抑菌效果逐渐增强,其中25% 戊唑醇悬浮剂和50% 氟吡菌酰胺·肟菌酯悬浮剂的抑菌效果最好,其次是较高浓度的70% 甲基硫菌灵,杀菌效果最差的是50% 多菌灵。 |

In order to isolate the viruslence and screen out chemical agents with high efficiency and low toxicity for the control of Chenopodium quinoa Willd, 4 fungicides are used in this paper with growth rate method of hypha to determine the inhibition rate and indoor virulence, so as to explore the sensitivity of Pathogen of Phytophthora stem rot to different fungicides. The results show that 4 kinds of chemical agents have different levels of inhibitory effects on Pathogen of Phytophthora stem rot. 50% flupirimide·oximexystrobin (SC) and 25% tebuconazole suspension have strong virulence and with the increase of fungicide concentration, the bacteriostatic effect gradually increased.50% flupirimide·oxime ester SC and 25% tebuconazole SC had the best bacteriostatic effect, followed by 70% thiophanate methyl with higher concentration, and 50% carbendazim had the worst bactericidal effect. |
