乡村振兴战略下农村妇女政治参与及路径选择——基于广东省湛江市麻章区“乡村振兴巾帼行动”的实证研究

      农村妇女政治参与作为践行乡村振兴战略的重要方式，在推动产业兴旺、打造宜居生态、构建文明乡风、达到有效治理和实现生活富裕方面起着不可忽视的作用，但目前经济发展、制度规则、妇女自身素质及社会环境等方面对农村妇女政治参与仍有较大制约。通过分析广东省湛江市麻章区黄外社区“乡村振兴巾帼行动”实践，得出可以通过发展经济增加农村妇女基本参与机会量，完善制度保障农村妇女政治参与真实性，授权赋能提升农村妇女参与治理效能感，找准结合确立农村妇女有效参与切入点等方式，推进农村妇女政治参与。

      Rural women’s political participation is an important way to implement rural revitalization strategy，which is conducive to promoting industrial prosperity，building livable ecology，building civilized rural customs，achieving effective governance and realizing life prosperity. However，at present，rural women’s political participation is restricted by economic development, institutional rules, women’s own quality and social environment, etc.. By analyzing the practice of “Women’s action for rural revitalization” in Huangwai community, Mazhang district, Zhanjiang city, Guangdong province, this paper proposes to increase rural women’s political participation by developing economy to broaden the basic opportunities, by perfecting the system to ensure the authenticity, by empowering authorization to enhance their sense of governance effectiveness, by finding the combination to establish effective entry point.
