| In recent years, the rapid development of rural logistics has played a major role in rural revitalization. The outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the No. 1 document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2021 have repeatedly emphasized that the healthy development of the logistics industry will promote the construction of “accelerating modernization of agriculture and rural areas”. However, a serious review of the current rural logistics development process reveals that there are still problems that need to be resolved urgently. Therefore, it puts forward development strategies from the aspects of equipping infrastructure, improving the level of network information, cultivating logistics business entities, innovating logistics operation models, strengthening policy guarantee, cultivating professional talents, so as to promote the healthy development of rural logistics, realize the goal of modernization of agriculture and rural areas. |
