      实施乡村振兴是党在十九大做出的重大决策部署。乡村振兴需要培育涉农类双创型人才,校地协同是培育涉农类双创型人才的有效路径。要充分发挥校地协同育人活力与合力,路径优化是关键:一是从顶层设计入手,明确协同各方职责;二是健全驱动机制,激发协同势能;三是主攻育人短板,夯实协同成效。
英文摘要:
      The implementation of rural revitalization is a major decision made by the Party at the 19th National Congress. Rural revitalization needs agriculture-related innovative personnel, and school-locality coordinated education is an effective way to cultivate agriculture-related innovative personnel. Path optimization is the key to give full play to the vitality and joint force of school-locality coordinated education: first, clarify the responsibilities of all parties starting from the top-level design; second, improve the driving mechanism and stimulate the potential coordinated energy; third, focus on the short board of education and consolidate the coordinated effect.
