| The balance between economic construction and ecological civilization, between public interests and personal interests is an unavoidable focus in the construction of capital ecological conservation area. Taking three typical cases of Miyun District, Pinggu District and Mentougou District in BTV Step Forward column as the research object, this paper analyzes the process of coordinating and solving contradictions, digs out the substantive problems behind the disputes, and summarizes the internal general laws and solutions of interest conflict. To solve the conflict in ecological civilization construction, on the one hand, it is necessary to guide, support and help the people concerned to participate in ecological civilization construction in a new alternative way of livelihood; on the other hand, it is necessary to publicize, educate, guide the people, and balance public interests and personal interests, so as to promote integrated development between ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization. |
