      在“一带一路”和乡村振兴战略带来的机遇和挑战下，农民专业合作社迫切需要提质发展。从世界各国农民专业合作社的发展经验来看，放眼海内外市场、走质量管理建设之路是我国农民专业合作社的可期方向，并且从组织本质、质量管理原则、应用的可行性几个维度来看，农民专业合作社与ISO 9001的内在要求高度契合。虽然实践中农民专业合作社推行质量管理体系建设还面临着一定的困境，但质量管理才是其质量提升最经济的方法。

英文摘要:

      With the opportunities and challenges brought by the Belt and Road Initiative and rural revitalization strategy, it is urgently needed for specialized farmers’cooperatives to improve quality. Viewing from the development experience of cooperatives in the world, it is the expected direction of China’s cooperatives looking at domestic and overseas markets and taking the road of quality management construction. From the perspective of the nature of cooperatives, quality management principles, and the feasibility of application, cooperatives is a strongly fit for the requirements of ISO 9001. Although cooperatives still face certain difficulties in implementing the quality management system in practice, quality management is the most economical way to improve cooperatives’quality.
