The key to rural revitalization is personnel revitalization and organizational revitalization. Combining with the current situation of the process of cultivating high-quality farmers’academic degree in various places, this paper analyzes the common problems such as low attendance rate of students, low learning enthusiasm, mismatching teaching mode with students’actual situation, and poor learning effect caused by the inadaptability of teachers to the cultivation of high-quality farmers. Some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of building a feasible personnel cultivation program and rich teaching resource bank, building a teaching staff adapting to farmers’academic education, implementing ideological and political theories teaching in all courses, implementing flexible educational system, to innovate cultivation model, ensure that farmers can not only complete their studies, but also take into account production and life, thereby boost rural revitalization. |
