扬帆农场和 D村农场是两个典型的新型农业经营主体,一个是“公司 +家庭农场”的经营模式,一个是“集体经济 +公司 +农场”的经营模式。扬帆农场通过“个性定制”“采摘体验”和“定点配送”的方式进行经营。 D村农场则通过“一二三产融合”的集体经济发展模式,分工合作的部门设计,实现了现代农业的价值增值。通过案例分析发现,新型农业经营主体的经营要拓展农业多功能,创新 “小而精 ”农业,加强管理,不断完善公司化经营模式等。政府要大力培育高素质农民,构建以农业科技、信息、人才为主的服务平台和体系。 |

Farms of Yangfan and village D are two typical successful new agricultural business entities. One is the “company + family farm”business model, the other is the “collective economy+ company+ farm”business model. The farm Yangfan has made a good start at the beginning by means of“personalized customization”“picking experience”and “fixed-point delivery”. The farm of village D has realized the value-added modern agriculture by means of“integration of primary, secondary and tertiary production”collective business model and department design with division of labor and cooperation. Through the case analysis, it is found that the management of new agricultural business entities should expand the multi-function of agriculture, innovate “small but fine”agriculture, strengthen management, and constantly improve the corporate business model. The government should do a good job in top-level design and promote the entrepreneurial operation upgrading of new agricultural business entities, vigorously cultivate high-quality farmers, build a service platform and system that focuses on agricultural science and technology, information and personnel. |
