| Farmers’cooperatives are the key entities in helping small farmers connect with the development of modern agriculture, as well as important forces in providing social services for agriculture. According to the survey, there are two models of basic service and multi-service in farmers’cooperatives in Henan province. There are corresponding practices and successful experiences in guiding and driving functions, value-added benefits of agricultural products, cooperative construction of villages and communities, etc. However, there are also some common problems. For example, the implementation of policies is not in place, the internal management is not standardized enough, farmers lack the sense of cooperation, the interests of cooperatives and farmers are not closely linked, professionals lack, etc. Therefore, to improve the service ability of farmers’cooperatives, it is necessary to perfect relevant policies and measures, attach importance to the internal construction of the cooperatives, cultivate farmers’cooperative awareness, rebuild interest connection mechanism and attach importance to personnel cultivation. |
