      Positive psychology believes that the formation of positive mental state is the result of the interaction between positive traits and positive environment, positive environment is an indispensable external condition for the formation of positive traits. The cultivation of positive mental state of higher vocational students should pay attention to not only the scientific construction of the internal psychological structure on the basis of traits, but also the construction ofp ositive environment.
