上海职业院校开展的“大国工匠进校园”活动以“劳模·工匠进校园”为内涵,逐步形成了适应上海发展需要、体现上海职教特点、劳模和工匠精神教育融为一体的活动特色。做法上,其先从教师抓起、着力让活动在学校落地生根,校系各司其职、统分合作落实立德树人根本任务,围绕专业要求、系部工匠文化在校内争奇斗艳,家校形成合力,增强和放大活动育人效能等典型做法。上海职业院校开展“大国工匠进校园”活动带给我们的启示是:共识达成是前提,校友资源是依托,搭建平台是基础,丰富形式是关键,融入教学是保证。 |

With the connotation of“ model workers ? craftsmen into campus”, the activity of“major-country craftsman entering campus” in Shanghai vocational colleges have gradually formed the characteristics, which meets the development needs of Shanghai, features vocational education in Shanghai, and integrates model workers and craftsman spirit education. In terms of practice, it starts from teachers and focuses on making the activity take root in schools. Schools and departments perform their own duties and cooperate with each other to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and morality. Based on professional requirements, there are various craftsman culture of departments. Families and schools form joint forces, enhance and amplify educational effectiveness. The typical practice of the activity of“ major-country craftsman entering campus” in Shanghai vocational colleges can bring us enlightenment as follows: consensus is the premise, alumni resources are the support, constructing platform is the foundation, enriching forms is the key, and inetgrating into teaching is the guarantee. |
