      中国进入新时代，党中央、国务院提出高职院校扩招百万重要批示。新政策加快了高职教育结构性改革，促进了国家“六稳、六保”工作的顺利推进，在国家经济转型升级中发挥了重大作用。百万扩招背景下高职院校面临着诸多挑战，如招生体制机制不健全、人才培养模式不完备、教学和管理困难等问题。为此，高职院校探索出相应的对策，完善招生方案，形成多元化的人才培养体系和建设高素质的教师队伍，解决百万扩招带来的系列问题，推动高职教育健康有序地发展。

      In the new era, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued an important instruction of enrollments at higher vocational colleges grew by one million. The new policy has accelerated the structural reform of higher vocational education, ensured stability on the six fronts and security in the six areas in China, and played an important role in national economic transformation and upgrading. Under the background of enrollments grew by one million, higher vocational colleges are faced with many challenges, such as imperfect enrollment system and mechanism, incomplete talent training model, difficulties in teaching and management, etc. Therefore, this paper explores the corresponding countermeasures, such as improving enrollment scheme, forming multiplied talent training system, building high-quality teacher teams, etc., so as to promote healthy and orderly development of higher vocational education.
