      复合剂 (菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒 Pierisrapae GV 与苏云金杆菌 Bacillus thuringiensis)是北京农业职业学院配制的生物制剂。采用浸叶法和喷雾法对菜粉蝶幼虫进行室内和田间防治试验。结果表明,室内用药 4 d后,复合剂处理对菜粉蝶 3龄、4龄幼虫的防效均在 81.0%以上 ,显著高于单剂 Bt处理。田间试验,复合剂以浓度 1 350ml·hm-2防治时,用药 5d、7 d后,防效均在 80.0% 以上,显著高于单剂 Bt处理。下午 4:00喷洒复合剂 7d、12 d后,其防效均在 79.3% 以上,显著高于上午 9:00喷药的防效,具有显著的持效性。应用复合剂防治菜粉蝶有重要的杀虫潜力。
英文摘要:
      The mixture of Pieris rapae Granulosis Virus(PrGV) and Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) is a new biological pesticide researched by Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture. Indoor and field experiments were carried out on the control of cabbage caterpillar by leaf immersion and spraying methods. The results show that in the indoor experiment, the control effect of the mixture on the 3rd and 4th instar larvae of cabbage caterpillar is more than 81.0% at 4 days after treatment, which is significantly higher than that of single agent Bt treatment. In the field experiment, the control effect of the mixture with the concentration of 1350mL·hm-2 is more than 80.0% at 5 days and 7 days after treatment, which is significantly higher than that of single agent Bt treatment. After spraying the mixture at 4:00 in the afternoon for 7 days and 12 days, the control effect is above 79.3%, which is significantly higher than that of spraying at 9:00 in the morning, and has a significant lasting effect. The application of the mixture has important insecticidal potential to control cabbage caterpillar.ar.
