| 本研究采用访谈法,对高职院校 32 名专任教师进行了深度访谈。通过访谈,对高职院校专任教师的职业倦怠现实表现、倦怠特点、压力源、影响因素及应对模式进行了深入解析,对高职院校专任教师职业倦怠的状态进行了界定,并从积极心理学的视角提出缓解高职院校专任教师职业倦怠的三点对策:一是创造积极的高职教育工作环境,二是鼓励专任教师积极应对职业倦怠情绪,三是加强专任教师积极的情感体验。 |

| Interview method was adopted in this research, with 32 full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges interviewed. In-depth analysis is made in performance, characteristics, pressure source, influence factors, and response model of job burnout of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges. After job burnout status of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges is defined, Three countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of positive psychology. First, create a positive work environment. Second, encourage full-time teachers to actively deal with job burnout mood. Third,strengthen full-time teachers’ positive emotional experience. |
