Interview method was adopted in this research, with 32 full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges interviewed. In-depth analysis is made in performance, characteristics, pressure source, influence factors, and response model of job burnout of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges. After job burnout status of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges is defined, Three countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of positive psychology. First, create a positive work environment. Second, encourage full-time teachers to actively deal with job burnout mood. Third,strengthen full-time teachers’ positive emotional experience. |
